after I moved my SC to another server (win Server 2022) I experience strange offset in timestamps. It is several seconds. Also real-time clock I have on my charts does not match with incoming data

on my previous server all worked great. On the new server I remember enabling an option somewhere called "update time automatically" (something like that) but cannot remember where, could this be the source of issue?

I have also tried to delete + re-download RTY data

You can check the clip attached to see what I mean

Thank you for your support

ok now I try to run SC on the previous server (Win Server 2016) and download fills - fills match correctly. See the image attached.

I am confused

yes, it was "periodically set system date time from server" set to YES
With my older server I have this set to NO ... but I do not expect this to be the cause, right?

Apologize for not making myself clear enough.
PLease compare the video with the image attached with my second post.
I ran the same SC folder on my Win 2016 server to download fills for today trading from CQG to compare. It works OK there. This SC copy shows fill markers correctly while the new copy shows fill markers off as you can see when both compared

Can this be a Win 2022 server time issue?

Hope it is clearer now

p.s. first I noticed that market timestamps showed time > 8.30 (market opened) while the real-time clock indicator showed time 8:29:XX

I set Win Date&Time -> Auto update time for the server. Now the server time matches with incomming ticks but fill markers are still off.
Re-downloaded the RTY data but fill markers are still off.

So as I understand this now the fill time in Sierra is being taken and stored into Trade Activity Log from the PC (server) time right? The image attached

I thought the fill time is being taken from CQG

Yes. And there is no way to re-download the fills from CQG because they are not accessible after the trading day.

If you switch to Teton order routing you can then download the fills with the correct timestamps anytime:
