In the attached the screenshot there are two instances where there is data missing. I've followed the guide in Historical Intraday Data (Missing Data / Download Errors / Viewing More Data): Retrying the Download When There is Data in the Chart but the data reloads the same. Symbol is ETHUSDT_PERP_BINANCE. |

In the case of crypto currency data from Binance, if there is missing data and following this procedure does not download it, we cannot help with this: Historical Intraday Data (Missing Data / Download Errors / Viewing More Data): Retrying the Download When There is Data in the Chart The Binance data feed should be considered a substandard data feed. We cannot provide any further help. There is also not any obviously missing data in the areas you have highlighted, but if you have determined that in some way, we cannot help with it. The highlighted areas shows gaps, on other platforms this gap does not exist so it is a data issue on Sierra Charts' end. I understand it is a substandard feed but I've never run into this issue before (many months), only when I've started using the Trading DOM. If I am disconnected from Sierra Charts, shouldn't the Edit -> Delete All and Download raise an error? |

We do not see any gaps. And we cannot help with this issue. That data feed is provided as is. We will not provide any further help with it. I am consistently getting the error Record has been filtered due to large range while loading Intraday data for ETHUSDT_PERP_BINANCE even though I've set the period to just 1 day. Upon the loading finishing, there is immense lag whenever I scroll the chart. The delay is obvious because the DOM stops updating when the chart is scrolling.

To avoid that error, you must increase the Tick Size for the chart by at least 10 times or 100 times. I also have missing candles on BTCUSDT_PERP_BINANCE contract. Delete and download data does not solve the issue. I can see them missing clearly on the one minute chart, eg, one candle is at 13:02 and the next one 13:05 etc. If I compare with Tradingview, Tradingview is fine there are no blocks of candles missing. |
