Hello I hope you're all well. I've been away from the program since June 1, 2022 having been away from my usual country of residence starting then. I've just returned and see that I stopped getting data June 13, 2022. I thought I maybe owed money so I went to send money but as I understood the message for my account, I still have usage time. Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Just one symbol only. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".
