NASDAQ NQTV - No Real Time Market Depth

subscribed for Denali and NQTV (using CQG for trading) As of today, 13 July, stopped receiving Real Time Full Market Depth for NQTV - only best bid/ask. However can download historical market depth The Time and Sales data from NQTV seems to be ok Using symbol SPY-NQTV (in case the issue is symbol specific) All SC instances are up to date in terms of product version Another thing i was planning to ask and will now do it as part of this request since it is related - i have noticed that in SC Subinstances, NQTV symbols appear as [c-d] (however the data still seems real-time) ie instead of [c], while in the main SC instance they appear as [m] which is ok - why is that? |
