The documentation implies that your spreadsheets (xxx.scwbf) are compatible with excel and open office. How do I make that work since neither of those programs can read your spreadsheet ?

So you can make this statement "Sierra Chart spreadsheets are Excel and Open Office compatible spreadsheets that can be used to create custom Studies, Trading Systems and advanced Alerts by using one of the available Spreadsheet Studies" and then can't provide technical support ?????

Yes they are compatible in the sense that the same formulas can be used. We do not provide help with using Excel or Open Office or using the Sierra Chart files with those programs. This is what we are referring to. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. Try to keep your questions brief and to the point.
