My CHT don't work. Need to Convert it! "the chartbook file is not compatible. Contact sierra chart support for help with converting it" Have 2 files.

We can not do anything with those as they are the executable files. If you have the original .cpp files (source code files) then you can recompile them, although they may need some slight updates. Refer to the following for how to compile the source code: How to Build an Advanced Custom Study from Source Code Otherwise, you will need to talk to whomever developed them for you and have them update them. Hi guys, I do have the same issues and my chart books won't open. The message is the same: "the chartbook file is not compatible. Contact sierra chart support for help with converting it" Can you please help me out with this? Attached are my chartbooks. (or at least the first 3 of 6) Many thanks!
