hi- I just signed up for trial and i get no data. Does the trial include Denali data feed? how do i make it work with AMP? do I need to contact AMP to change settings? my current AMP setup is with CQG thank you! |

The trial includes the Delayed Streaming Data that we have available for the CME Group, CFE, EUREX and NASDAQ Total View exchanges. We recommend getting used to the system using the delayed streaming data, as it acts like real-time data, only is 10-15 minutes behind (depending on exchange), and there is no cost to use this data. If you want to have connectivity to an external service or get real-time data, then you will need to be on one of the Integrated Packages (packages 10, 11, or 12). Refer to the information here: Description of Service Packages and Pricing: Packages If you do want to connect to your CQG account and you change your package to do so, then you will need to follow these instructions to connect to CQG: CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions Also, we do not support data from CQG for the CME Group and EUREX exchanges. If you want data for these, you will need to use the Denali exchange Data Feed.
