My account says "Your usage time will automatically renew in 24 days" How do I prevent automatic renewal please? Should I choose to renew again I wish to do it manually. |

We disabled automatic renewals of the Service Package on your account. However, that was not necessary because there is no Services Balance on your account. There is nothing further you need to do. Thank you.
