Suddenly I cost connectivity. The message says: Not connected. Under File - the Disconnect option is grayed out. And, under the Service settings in Current Selected Service list is says: CQG WebAPI (Not enabled on package) Can you assist me please |

The service now says under File Data/Trade Services that I am on CQG Web but the green connect box says FD:485 ST:13, 13 BR:19, 1K (with changing numbers) under Edit - when I try to delete data and download - is says: Download Failed Historical data only supported with Sierrachart data feed. So I am still not connecting via CGQ Can you assist please Thank you |

You have run into another change that we made around the same time. With Version 2394 and higher we are no longer allowing CQG data for the CME Group and EUREX into Sierra Chart. Therefore, you have two options at this time: 1) Downgrade your software to version 2393 and continue to use the CQG data. Refer to the instructions for this here: Software Download: Full Control Rollback Procedure OR 2) Stay on the current version and use our Denali Exchange Data Feed instead. The cost will be same as CQG data and you will have access to historical data going back many years.
