How to automaticly remove ExampleChartbook.cht when creating instance ?

I wonder because each time I create new instances , that file is there and I dont know why.

When you start a new sub-instance it checks to ensure that the sub-instance is up to date and will copy the required files from the main instance. The ExampleChartbook.cht is part of our installation and therefore is checked to see if it is in the sub-instance, and if not, then it copies it in to ensure that it is present.
