You are getting a Permission Denied error from Rithmic. Either you are entering the wrong credentials for Rithmic in the Data/Trade Service Settings, or there is an issue with your Rithmic account, for which you will need to talk to your broker.

I just spoke with Edgeclear and they said everything looks good on their end. And I haven't touched my Log on information in forever. The information in the screenshot looks to be setup correctly. The only thing I've done recently is add Eurex feed and Depth. I briefly opened a new instance to see how it worked but didn't touch any of the settings. I then closed it. I'm having no issues placing trades and the data feed is matching my Motivewave platform so everything looks good as far as that. It's just that the Message log won't stop populating with the information I sent in the last screenshot. |

Rithmic is having connectivity issues today. We have informed them of this.
