TPO chart not working

I just renewed my data with you after a year and am having trouble viewing my TPO charts. I have been using the same chartbook for years but after downloading the latest version and updating the TPO charts for ESu22 it is not showing me the charts correctly. There is no TPO data displayed, only lines I had drawn previously. I attached two screenshots, hopefully that will help identify the issue. Thanks |

I just bought 6 months of package 10 today. Can you change it to 11? Will that allow me to use my chartbook again?
