I put my account usage on pause about a year ago, I thought I had more time paid for but it appears to have been used up even though I thought it was on pause. Am I wrong about that? I am trying to reactivate my trading with edgeclear/philip capital. I understand there has been some changes with the denali-teton service since last time I have traded with them. Do I need to make any changes to my account before reactivating? As I understand it I need package 10 or higher, I can not remember if that is what I paid for in the past. Thanks |

From what we can see of your account, your previous Usage Time would have run out in November of 2021. I am trying to reactivate my trading with edgeclear/philip capital. I understand there has been some changes with the denali-teton service since last time I have traded with them. Do I need to make any changes to my account before reactivating? As I understand it I need package 10 or higher, I can not remember if that is what I paid for in the past. You were previously setup with the Sierra Chart Order Routing with TT. You are no longer setup for that service, as we removed all the accounts from that service. We now have our Teton Order Routing Service, which has a direct connection to the CME Group trading. Edge Clear and Phillip Capital support this new service therefore you just need to let Edge Clear know that you want to be setup for the Teton Order Routing Service and they will get you setup.
