Not being able to download historical data with CQG or Denali

Hi, I have followed your instructions and changed from package 3 to Package 10 so to be able to trade with CQG data and AMP, I think the package includes data from Denali as well. When downloading historical data for MES futures I got a messaage saying that the download failed as the symbol is only supported with SC datafeed, what did I do wrong? Thanks

You do not have any exchanges setup for the Denali Exchange Data Feed, so you are not getting the data from us.
