No financial changes at my AMP´s account

Hello I am using package 12 of Sierra and after what I updated the package I don´t have any financial changes at my APM account. For example I do some trading order which end loss or profit but from AMP I don´t receive a daily client report and also I don´t see any financial changes at my AMP´s account. I am little confused about providing data for me. AMP told me, that they don´t see any problem at their side. For now I used CQG like data´s provider. There are my focus settings:

My settings in Sierra is: data/trade settings - current selected services - CQG (maybe I should use SC dATA - All services).
My data´s setting at AMP is: CQG (maybe I should use: 1. CQG - no data, order routing only or 2. SC - denali - CQG (no data order routing only).

Could you help me pls about my questions??
The problem should be also that I don´t have activated some CME services at SC.

We are not sure what you are referring to in terms of "I don't have any financial changes at my AMP account." AMP does not pay anything to Sierra Chart for your account any longer. We changed this well over a year ago, so now any Sierra Chart charges are handled by yourself directly with us. If this is what you were asking about.

In terms of data, we see that you have updated your software version and that is causing the current issue. This is because we made a change in version 2394 such that we do not allow CQG data for the CME Group and EUREX into Sierra Chart with that version and higher. Therefore, you have two choices to deal with this:

1) Downgrade your Sierra Chart software to version 2393 and get the CQG data. Refer to the following instructions:

Or

2) Stay on your current version and use our Denali Exchange Data Feed. The cost for the exchanges will be the same, but you will have access to more historical data. You can then tell AMP to stop your CQG data. To setup data for the CME Group, refer to the following instructions:
