Suspend Service Question

Hello SC Support

I will soon be travelling for 1 month from July 1-July 31.

Is there any option to suspend the account for 1 month whilst I am away?

or do we have to make a manual request with SC to place the account on hold for 1 month?

You can always Disable your account to not renew. If you are setup on monthly payments, then you would end up with some days lost into the next month, but it is up to you when you start again.

We see, in your case, that you had purchased Package 3 for 6 months and then changed to Package 10. We can refund the unused amount of monthly time for you, but this is something we need to do.

Also, keep in mind that when we make that refund, we calculate the dollar value of the used time based on the monthly package rate, since you are not fulfilling the sixth month commitment that you originally paid for.
