Hi I am having some issues with my dome where it is not showing the correct balance, it takes a very long time to reflect the true balance, also when i place a trade at a limit price it's filling my order at market price immediately when placing the order, so in short i am getting filled at levels i am not intended to get fill.

First thing to check is to see if you are using the Trade and Current Quote Symbol:
Chart Settings: Trade and Current Quote Symbol (text box) (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol menu)

The Quote symbol is updated, I tried updating to the newer version of sierra chart but I wasn't getting any data so i had to revert to the older version, this issue has been from the inception so I believe it's some internal settings that needs adjustment.

You are clicking in the Buy/Sell columns of the DOM. When you do that, it is not using the Order Type that you have set on the Trade Window, rather it is using the Order Types that you have setup in the Trade >> Chart DOM Settings >> Order Types window. Let us if you were Right-clicking on the Buy column above the last price in the DOM or Left-Clicking on the Buy column above the last price. Then let us know what Order Type that is set to in your Chart DOM Settings window.

I tried all the order types that were there to ensure i am not selecting a wrong one but it's the same issue, if we can do the remote assistance that way you can see exactly what's happening, i am missing my entries and losing $$ because of this so basically i am chasing the market to get in which is not right.

Please tell us how you are clicking in the Buy column - are you using the left or the right button on your pointing device?

Also, what are the following two settings in Trade >> Chart DOM Settings set to:
- Left Click on Buy Column Above Last: ?
- Right Click on Buy Column Above Last: ?

I got it rectified, much appreciated, I was using the wrong side of the mouse to click in order to position my trade early.
