today I'm not able to trade my sim account using he dome from the chart as usual. the message board said my account balance is low. i've added $200 to my account today, but still no success nor able to trade on sim account and amp brokerage. can you exlain and or help? thanks Date Time Of Last Edit: 2022-06-29 18:32:35

Connection error:NO trade account assigned but the charts opened normally but sill IM not able to place orders from ny dome. how do I resolve that teton routing issue? |

when the above error message appears my wifi disconnects and the program does no connect to internet. just for your additional info.thanks

My kreker: AMP Trading advisses they do not support Teton despite my trading with them for over a year now .Does Sierrra have such brokerage account supporting Denali and Teton. and if so I would be willing to switch. otherwise could yo please send me aa list of brokers who support these two systems Thank you andwould appreciate treating this matter expeditiously since IM not abble tp trade now.thanks again. As you state, you can not use the Teton Order Routing Service since your account is with AMP. Therefore, your Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings >> Currently Selected Setting should NOT be set to CME Teton Order Routing, rather it should be set to either CQG WebAPI or Rithmic Direct - DTC, depending on which service AMP has setup for your account. In order to use the Teton Order Routing Service, you would need to change brokers.
