CQG connection still supported?

I just renewed specifically to access my CQG based account for another month, and it's telling me that this is not supported in my package level. If this has changed can I get a refund? Its the only reason I renewed and worked a month ago. Is CQG not supported in the standard package anymore??? |

This is resolved for your account. We provided your account access to Service Package 12 at no cost for 60 days. After that you need to change to Service Package 10 or 11 depending upon whether you were using Service package 3 or 5. Package 10 is equivalent to package 3 and package 11 is equivalent to package 5. Service Package 10 and 11 support connections to external services.
