F.US.EPU22 gapped down overnight but my initial balance (black) for overnight H/L did not follow and record the new overnight low. Is this an actual gap or am I having a chart/data problem?

It is impossible for us to answer this unless we get that particular chart by following these instructions: Support Board Posting Information: Providing Chartbook with Only a Single Chart And remove all unnecessary studies from that chart. We also need to know the time zone of that chart. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. We are not seeing any issue with your chart at this time. Are you still having an issue now that you have the additional data for the day? Also, we are not seeing any gap in the data from the evening of the 28th into the 29th. You may need to redownload the data for that time by following these instructions: Data Errors or Spikes in Charts, Flat or Flat Line Graph, Compressed Graph, Errors with Date/Time Values: 2.1.2 Deleting and Re-downloading Data. (Easier and Recommended Method) For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Your Session Times are not correct. You have the following: Start Time: 18:00 End Time: 17:00 And you state that your time zone is New York. The break for the ES occurs from 17:00 to 17:59:59 New York time. So change your Session Times to: Start Time: 17:00 End Time: 17:59:59 For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Yes, under Chart >> Chart Settings >> Session Times. Sorry, do the following settings: - Start Time: 17:00:00 - End Time: 16:59:59 You will then get the full 24 hours of data starting with the evening session at 5:00pm.
