hello

Listen I'm a small trader, I have $180 in my trading account, and you cut off my ability to use sierra chart with cqg, unless I subscribe to another pack, but I can't currently, if you don't fix this problem for me, I'll have to find another platform that's cheaper or even free.

This is resolved for your account. We provided your account access to Service Package 12 at no cost for 60 days.

After that you need to change to Service Package 10 or 11 depending upon whether you were using Service package 3 or 5. Package 10 is equivalent to package 3 and package 11 is equivalent to package 5. Service Package 10 and 11 support connections to external services.

You did not have to change your Service Package to 12. We already did that for you in the background through the package evaluation feature. We are setting your package back to 3.

We have now set your Service Package to 3. Just stay on that package and continue to pay for that package and you will be fine. There is nothing else you need to do at this time.
