The first thing is that we made a change a few weeks ago such that you need to be on Package 10 or higher in order to make any external connections or get real-time data from our Denali feed. We have taken care of this temporarily for your account by giving you an evaluation of Package 12 for 60 days. Just be sure you change your package to Package 10 before the 60 days ends. The second issue, however, is that with version 2394 and higher, we no longer allow data from CQG for the CME Group and EUREX into Sierra Chart. Therefore, you have two options for this: 1) Downgrade your software to version 2393. Refer to the instructions at the following link: Software Download: Full Control Rollback Procedure Or 2) Use our Denali Exchange Data Feed, which will give you more historical data and cost you the same and you can stop the CQG data from your broker.
