We are not understanding your question. If you change your Stop to a Market order, then the stop will be filled immediately and close your position. If your trading service will allow you to do it, then you can just move the Stop to a price Above/Below (depending on the position type of Long/Short) the current price and have it fill that way.

But, in general, if you are wanting to close your position immediately, then you should use the "Flatten and Cancel" command. Refer to the following:
Basic Trading and the Trade Window: Main/C >> Flatten (Flatten and Cancel)

i want for the order to be filled at market when the price hits it. By default i think they are limit orders and volatile days like today, i got run over on my stop but never taken out of my position

As long as you are using a Standard Stop, then it is converted to a market order when the price touches it. Refer to the following:
Order Types: Stop

There is a separate Stop-Limit, which is described at the following:
Order Types: Stop-Limit

You would have to check and see which type you were actually using for your order.

If you have an issue with how the order filled, then you would need to ask your broker.

Hi.

My OCO is set to stop, but it still filled as Stop-Limit. How do I fix that?

If this is with the CME Group, then that is something that the exchange is doing. Refer to the following:
