Hello, I followed all of the steps in this post...

Chart Trading and the Chart DOM: Improving Performance Of Chart / Trade DOM

And the DOM works perfectly in 2361. I upgraded to the latest version and the DOM is skipping around and doesn't perform like in 2361. Is there something additional I need to do? Also, for what its worth, SC is only 5% of CPU power in both builds.

Please attach the chartbook for which you are having the issue. We would like to see if we can reproduce what you are seeing. Refer to these instructions:

Also, if your charts are using your Global Chart Update Interval, then we need to know what you have that set to.

I have attached my ES chartbook. I have 4 chartbooks open at the same time identical to this one but for different products and everything runs smooth in 2361. The Global Chart Update Interval is set to 1000 ms

Hello, I am wondering if there was a solution for my performance issues. I uploaded my chartbook. Let me know if it did not attach. Thanks.

Our apologies, somehow we overlooked this.

We opened your chartbook and we do not see any issues. The DOM is updating as we would expect with a 30 millisecond update interval.

The only thing we can suggest is to start slowly and open just the DOM and see how that performs and then add additional charts to see if you can find a particular item that is causing you issues.

Yes you do need to go through a process of elimination. Start with just one chart or Trading DOM.
