trouble with allocation differents account of same id under rithmic

Hi, I would like to manage several account but despite I followed all instructions I can't... I have one id rithmic (LL021082 and 3 accounts id linked -002,-003,-004).this afternoon I decided to have the account 003 to be copied by twice qty to account -002 and copied 1qty for account -004. I had selected the correct account 003 in the detached window but the action was taken into account only in one account number-002???? nothing in -003 or -004? thes two accounts are new may be it's not yet registred but I found them in the list or may be I didn't understand how to add them the twice button? May be I didn't understand instructions but I'm lost...one point also I can't see if it's taken into account, I mean i schedule account 003 to be copied twice to account 002 then ok then I must again select account 003 to copy to 004 wityh qty 1 and ok. no window to see all the dispatch and quantity orders selected to be copied? or I must be on the account requested 003 to made the allocation and the fact that I'm on a simdetached windows cause trouble? one last points but I think this is a windows 10 issue, some times I have no sound despite the alert manager tell me so...I clear the queue sound often but it doesn't work on a regular basis...any idea? thanks in advance for your help! I'm in a panic mode to manage the accounts... kind regards sorry for my basic english... Laurence |

You need to enable order confirmations:Basic Trading and the Trade Window: Main/C >> Menu >> Order Confirmations (chart specific) You will want to set the selected trade account to account 003: Basic Trading and the Trade Window: Main/C >> Trade Account (Selecting Trade Account for Chart / Trade DOM) Regarding alerts, refer to: General Settings Window: Troubleshooting for Alert Sounds That Do Not Play And be sure to refer to our prior post above.
