Footprint data is displaying extremely low volume data on the footprint chart. The volume display multiplier is set to 1 and I am using the FXCM data feed. Is it possible to get more accurate data on forex pairs displayed on the footprint chart? |

I am currently on service package 11 - Will this package cover using this feed or will I encounter extra costs?

You can get the delayed data at no extra cost. Otherwise, you will need to pay for the exchange fee, but this can be as little as $1.50, depending on what data you need (the FOREX Futures are part of the CME exchange, so if you do not need Market Depth Data, then you can get the CME Top-of-Book for Non-Professionals for $1.50). Refer to the Setup Instructions at the following link: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
