Is there a way to export tick by tick or second by second data to pandas or python?

You could write a program in one of those languages to read the data directly from Sierra Chart. What about the live ticks data, there is any way to extract them in real time and analyse them on Python?

You are not allowed to access the data in real-time. We pay the exchanges a lot of money to get the data to serve out and part of that agreement is that we do not give access to the real-time data. In order to get the data in real-time, you would have to buy the data from the exchanges themselves.
