Hi guys,

I already sent you a copy of my message log. I receive data from the live CQG server but my tick charts for the e-mini are not updating in real-time this morning. My SC software is up to date so that can't be the problem. Thank you in advance.

We apologize for the delay with getting to this.

The problem is you have not specified the Username and Password in the Market Data Connection Details:

CQG Trading: Not connecting to market data server because there is no Username set. | 2014-05-05 08:00:13

Be sure to follow step 9.

You also need to change the symbols of all of the charts and Trade DOM windows to use the new CQG symbols. Here are the instructions:
