Switch from service Package 5 to 11

Good morning,
today I bought the service package 5, but receiving the data from CQG.
Now I read that I had to buy the service package 11.
Is it possible to make a switch?
My broker is AMP and I remain with 2391 SC version.

This is resolved for your account. We provided your account access to Service Package 12 at no cost for 60 days.

After that you need to change to Service Package 10 or 11 depending upon whether you were using Service package 3 or 5. Package 10 is equivalent to package 3 and package 11 is equivalent to package 5. Service Package 10 and 11 support connections to external services.

Hello,
I have received an @, where I have to pay for next month.
My expiration is 2022-07-24.
But I was understand that the expiration will be in 2022-08-24.
That's what write me last month:
"This is resolved for your account. We provided your account access to Service Package 12 at no cost for 60 days."
Please confirm me if I've to pay this month.

You still do have to pay for Service Package 5 but you will have access to Service Package 12 during the time you have paid Service Package 5 access.
