What exactly are you wanting. With Service Package 3 or 5, you will only have access to our Delayed Streaming Data Feed. If you are wanting real-time data then you will need to be on Package 10 or higher. Also, if you are wanting data from the CME Group, then you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account to which you can connect your Sierra Chart software in order to verify the account in order to get the CME Group data at the non-professional exchange pricing. For more information on this, refer to the following: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges If you do not have trading account, then we recommend using the Delayed Streaming Data, which you already have access to. It acts like the real-time data except that it is behind the real-time data by 10-15 minutes, depending on exchange. You also do not need to pay anything as this delayed data is free with all Sierra Chart packages. But, if you do want the real-time data for the CME Group and you do not have a trading account, then we recommend the solution outlined at the following link: Easy Solution to CME Funded Trading Account Requirement Then you can go through the process to get the Denali Exchange Data Feed setup by following these instructions: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
