server-side order routing

Hey,

How can I make sure my orders are server-side order routing? It's important for me to ensure they are not just sitting on my server (if this is the case, my internet crashes can be very dangerous since my positions will be left without protection orders). I use CQG data in AMP.

Thanks,
Shimshon

We do not recommend using CQG. We recommend changing to Teton order routing, and a broker supporting Teton:
Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing

With Teton order routing, the Bracket and OCO orders will be server-side.

Sorry, I was not clear on my question (on this occasion I apologize for my English). I know you do not recommend CQG. I asked how to make sure the commands are server-side order routing, I realized that on the CQG side they are server-side, but you have a function that disabled this setting. So how do you make sure the orders are server-side order routing?

Refer to the information at the following link, which tells you when an order is a Client order. Therefore, when an order does not meet the items at this link, then it is a server side order:
Order Types: Fully Client Side Managed Orders

I use bracket orders, which include stop and limit orders.
Just want to make sure I understood correctly, if I send an order and in the order status (which appears in the 'Trade Order' window) the word "Client" appears, does that mean the order is on my server? And if the word "client" does not appear then it is on the external server?
Is there a way to change this status (so that the order is not on the client-side)?

Yes.

The only way to change this so that when you use Attached Orders, the parent order and all of the Attached Orders are on the server is to use Teton order routing:

Ok, and just to make sure I understood correctly, if I don't use Titon the parent order sits on my server but as soon as it is executed and sends the 2 orders (OCO - Limit and Stop Loss for example) they will be on the external server. Right?

In the case of CQG how this works is documented here:
