I can't find YMU2 charts

I have a funded trade account with Infinity Futures and have used Sierra Charts for about 3 years. For about 4 months I have had trouble locating the YNU2 (e-mini DOW charts). All I see is the YMU22 delayed charting and I don't want that. Please provide directions to allow me to receive the YMU2 charts. Thank you.

The first thing is to ensure that you are not on version 2354 or higher. With version 2355 we stopped support for TransAct connections. Refer to the information here: Information for Transact Users for Versions 2354 and Higher The second thing is to ensure that you are connected to your TransAct account. You are setup to get data from TransAct, therefore if you are not connected to your TransAct account, then you would be getting our Delayed Streaming Data instead. If the above do not solve your issue, then we would need to see your Message Log to see what might be occurring. Follow these instructions to get us your log: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#MessageLog We will then determine what the problem is.
