Hello. I'm trying to access real time data for $IBHY, which is listed in the CBOE symbol section. I paid the additional data fee for CFE, but still no luck with getting any data for this symbol. Is CBOE not the same as CFE (CBOE futures exchange)? The only CBOE data I can get is VIX. Thanks for any help. The CFE is not the same as the CBOE. They have two different exchange options for the CFE futures versus the CBOE indices. What you are wanting is part of the CBOE Indices. This exchange is available through our Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. You will find the Setup Instructions at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartRealTimeFuturesStockDataFeed.php#SetupInstructions Make sure that if you do not want the CFE futures data that you deactivate that exchange so you do not keep paying for it. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
