I recently just paid to renew my package for Sierra Chart. I use AMP futures brokerage with CGQ for routing. Today it wouldn't connect. The message said to change to package 10 so I chose package 10, and now it seems I connect, but the symbols won't work? I'm confused? Will this no longer work with AMP brokerage? If this is the case, I would like to refund my money and I will switch to a different charting package. Please advise.

We work with AMP, that is not the issue. But you have come across two changes that we recently made.

The first change you are already aware of. In order to make any external connection or get live data, you need to be on Package 10 or higher. Refer to the information at the following link:

The second change is that with version 2394 and higher, we are no longer allowing CQG data into the system for the CME Group and EUREX. Therefore, you would either need to downgrade to version 2393 or use our Denali Exchange Data Feed for your data. Refer to the following for more information:
