This may have been asked before but I can't seem to find the answer. I'm looking for a way to draw/mark horizontal lines for levels and get them to show up only after the last bar like I have in the screenshot. I currently do it with "horizonal lines" study, however, this becomes a problem after symbol rollover because they cannot be simply adjusted like drawings and I would have to adjust every line by the difference in the forward contract. Let me know if a solution is available or if there is an alternative way to mark lines like that. |

If your lines are based on some kind of formula, then use the Spreadsheet Study to create the lines. Each column would be one line. You can then use the Draw Style of Line at Last Bar to Edge to draw the information only in the right side fill space. Refer to the following for the Spreadsheet Study: Overview of Spreadsheet Studies Refer to the following for the Line at Last Bar to Edge draw style: Chart Studies: Line at Last Bar to Edge (ACSIL: DRAWSTYLE_LINE_AT_LAST_BAR_TO_EDGE) For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

They are not based on a formula, simply some reference line. Using a spreadsheet study would lead to the same issue when symbol is rolled over. When I use a drawing I can adjust it, e.g. after this recent rollover by +1.5 points so everything shifted higher. When I use horizontal line study or putting numbers in a spreadsheet I cannot adjust all of them at the same time. |

What you could do is use the Spreadsheet Study as we stated and use a formula in each column like the following: =4123 + $Z$3 Then put your offset into cell Z3 and any time you need to adjust you change the value in Z3. This can actually work. Why do you think drawing a horizontal line past the last bar is not an option? Do you think it's something that can be requested? Sometimes you don't want to have a line going across the entire chart. |

The problem with a drawing is that it will not stay in the position. As bars are added the line will eventually move to the left. With what we gave you above for the Draw Style (Line at Last Bar to Edge) will give you the line from the last bar to the right edge of the chart. And it will always stay that way.
