Can't get historical data to download from Denali Data Feed

Hello! I have a funded futures account and am designated as a non-professional, and I recently started an Apex funded trader evaluation account. I have read that historical data is no longer an option from Rithmic, luckily I am subscribed to package 11 and have the Denali data feed. However, I can't seem to get my historical data to come from the Denali data feed and Rithmic has emailed me to let me know I have no more data through them for the week. How can I make sure I am getting my historical data through Denali? I do have the "Allow support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" in the Data/Trade Service Settings window enabled.

You also need to activate the exchanges you require here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed After that: You may need to restart Sierra Chart. Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart.
