Hi, I'm getting data for my ES DOM but no data for the chart. Can you tell me how I can fix this? Thanks. |

The only thing we can think of is that the symbols are different and the chart has the wrong symbol. With the Chartbook open select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service and see if that resolves it. If not, then we would need to see images of both the DOM and the Chart along with the Message Log by following these instructions: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".
