Issue loading charts with CQG

Ive had this connection a while and always worked fine, just recently im getting 2 errors wen trying to load charts. " Real time market data only supported with sierra chart data feed for symbol F.US.EPM22." " Download failed Historical data only supported with Sierra Chart Data Feed". Not sure what to do, Ive been switching between a Rithmic and CQG Connection. I can get Rithmic to load ok but not CQG. Is there anything I can do? |

With release 2394, we have stopped allowing data from CQG for the CME Group and EUREX into Sierra Chart. Refer to the following for more information: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/Whats_New.php#SCVer2394 You can either downgrade to version 2393, or use our Denali Exchange Data Feed. I just signed back up after being off for 2 months. Im having the same issues. I use amp as broker. they don't have Teton yet. I'm paying for package 11. How do i get this to work where i only have 1 instance of SC open and be able to trade and still get denali data?
