Hi All I have been looking for a keyboard shortcut to move the stop to X ticks behind price - I know there is a breakeven function and a move stop to stops to price function that requires you to select a price level on the chart itself... but I am looking for something quicker and related to the current price. I presume this would require an ASCIL script to achieve and wondered if anyone has this - happy to pay a fee? Much appreciated Cad |

Hi Dean, Have you tried the "Trailing Stop" option? I think that's what you need. Order Types You can also setup a Custom Keyboard Shortcut to "launch" that order. Basic Trading and the Trade Window: Custom Trading Keyboard Shortcuts Good luck. |

Also refer to the information for the Trade Management by Study study. You can set a horizontal line that is 20 ticks below current price and then activate the study to move the stop to that level. Refer to the information here: Attached Orders: Study Controlled Targets and Stops For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
