Dear Sierra Chart, There's something weird today in my Sierra Chart. Starting at 9:30am US Central Time, some of my account data shown with Yellow Bands on "Waiting for download complete". Even thought i have clicked "Delete and download data", it still takes a lot time to run the data. This problem last until 10:10am. May i know what shall i do if similar things happen next time? I have tried to close the sierra chart and reload the whole thing again, but it does not work as well. Thanks. |

Please get us the Message Log by following these instructions related to one of those symbols: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#MessageLog We will then determine what the problem is.
