Those lines are from the Numbers Bars Calculated Values studies (there is a 1 and 2, which just have additional data). Delta % is part of the Numbers Bars Calculated Values 1 study and is the subgraph named Ask Volume Bid Volume Difference Percent. You can change the name of the subgraphs, which is what the person whose Sierra Chart is imaged had done.
