Hi, I update my services to SP11, but still I dont have REAL TIME DATA, SInce a year ago, I used to use CQG WEB API (with my credentials from AMP futures) and I seeing is not working, What I have to do to get REAL TIME DATA ?

If you are wanting data from the CME Group, then you need to activate the appropriate exchange(s) at the following link:
