Hi guys, Why is it when I go to open my continuous futures contract (date rule rollover) chartbook, I just receive the "downloading continuous contract data" message and nothing loads yet if I disconnect and reconnect my data feed (Denali), it loads straight away? Is there an option I've missed on chart settings? Thanks |

What you are stating should not be occurring. How long are you waiting for the data to load before you Disconnect? Also, how many days of data are you loading? Hi John, I've tried again early this morning and seems to be working fine now. Possibly a bandwidth issue at my end as it was peak times, with a number of people in the household online. Loads 365 days, intra and historical, nice and quick. p.s thanks for the quick response. Best response times in the biz imo, cheers |
