Hi Team, Since I switched to Denali date a few hours ago, (and had CME exchange access in Sierra chart activated, I have lost access to live trading. I have been unable to place order (live trading) on the new platform setup. The moment I place an order, Sierra Chart automatically switches to simulation mode! I have already spoken spoke to AMP, but they couldn't solve the problem and referred me to you. As a matter of urgency Could you please look into this ASAP. I am desperate to place some live orders. You need to still have Sierra Chart set to use CQG.
