Hi support, I am an AMP customer. I subscribed to Denali for 6 months and have activated the CME bundle for non-professional. My trade service is set to SC Data - All Services. I am receiving real-time data and can see my trading account balance but when I turn off the simulated mode and place live orders it immediately reverts to sim mode. Can you please assist? Thank you |

You need to still have Sierra Chart set to use CQG.
