$SPX Data skipping?

Hi,

I am experiencing some data blanks for $SPX data. My ES is fine but I noticed that there would be no data coming in for $SPX in random intervals. It happened once last night near the close and again just now. The Countdown timer is stuck at the last tick which confirms the lack of data incoming.

It's been stuck for about 30 mins now with random updates, the candle sticks are all wrong now

Yes we do see the issue from about 12 to 12:30 PM US Eastern time:

This was a problem, from our data provider Barchart. It is not something that we would have any direct control over.

Anyway I can update the data? or do we have to wait for barchart to fix this before the data can be reflected?

They are not going to be able to patch the missing data. Any time that our data provider Barchart has data loss, the data is simply gone.
