Good Day, i want to make sure i am using the most cost effective and efficient data feed. I switched over to the Denali Data Feed/Standard @ $36/Month and I lost my volume profile Charts. Please advise as to what is the suggested data feed, package and routing service to trade the following CME / CBOT / NYMEX / COMEX Exchanges. I need my volume profile charts back, My Broker is AMP Thank you Much |

First, you are not using the Denali Exchange Data Feed. To use the Denali Exchange Data Feed for the CME Group, you need to go through the Setup Instructions at the following link: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* But, whether you are using the Denali Exchange Data Feed or not, you should not "lose" your volume profiles. What exactly is happening with your Volume Profiles? What do you mean they are lost? Do you have the underlying bar data on the chart, or is there something else going on?
