About 7:00pm CT, I lost connectivity from my Sierra Chart to CQG. I get this message in the Current Selected Service "CQG WebAPI (Not enabled on package (trading)). Please turn back on. I'm using AmpFuture. Thanks

This is resolved for your account. You need to be on Service Package 10 or higher for connection to CQG.

We have given you access to the highest Service Package for 30 days at no cost.

We apologize for this. Your account already had an evaluation during the last six months. And the new evaluation was not set and we had not paid attention to the error message given.

We have now given you a new evaluation:
"Your account has been provided access to package 12 for 30 days. "

You may need to restart Sierra Chart. Or you should be connected in about two minutes.

I can connect but it said I don't have any data feed. I don't see anything in the dom and the chart doesn't have any intraday data. Please advise.

Thanks

We apologize for the delay. The easiest thing to do right now is to install version 2393:
Software Download: Software Rollback Procedure

Newer versions of Sierra Chart do not support the CQG data feed for CME and EUREX and instead the Denali Data Feed is needed.:

That worked. What happens when new evaluation expires? Will I need to sign up for different package to continue to use CQG?

Before the end of the evaluation period for Package 12 expires, you will need to change your package to Package 11 (equivalent of Package 5 that you have now).

Follow these instructions to change your package at that time:

To change your Sierra Chart Service Package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on the "Set Service Package for Renewal" link.

Or go to this page:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation

You will need to login if you are not currently logged in.

In the "Available Services >> Choose Usage Time Service Package" frame, select the Service Package that you want to set your account to. Press the "Set" button.

The remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price.

There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package. Only your Sierra Chart account usage time ending date is adjusted.

When changing between Sierra Chart Service Packages, the usage time ending date on your Sierra Chart account is adjusted based upon the price differences between the package you are changing from and the package you are changing to.

When changing to a higher priced package, your usage time ending date will be brought back closer in time. When changing to a lower-priced package, your usage time ending date will be brought forward further out in time.
