A short while ago, I was trying to figure out why I had to take a more expensive data package last week, I put the package settings back to package 11 but it doesn't connect now I cannot connect to my data feed, which is CQG via AMP Global |

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#MessageLog We will then determine what the problem is. I only trade e-mini s&p500 @ this time, F.US.EPM22 When I click "file" when the menu drops, the "disconnect" is not highlighted, the "connect to data feed" is and it fails every time. |

I would really appreciate it if you can reset my account and get this working tonight, I've restarted my computer, logged back in and still not working. It shouldn't be this difficult, should it?

so I guess I'm not trading on Thursday since nobody can take a minute to reset my account? Is there a support phone number I can call to get this working tonight or early tomorrow morning? I attached a snapshot of my account log in error |
