Hello,

Is there a study that will draw lines from a candle's open/close (or high/low that I can edit) and continue drawing forward as long as the next candles have an open or close within the range? I've attached 2 example images of what it should look like from the ES 4000 tick.

I attempted to do this through the spreadsheets but kept getting #CREF! error when trying to retain the open/close values of the range. I couldn't solve this issue even though it works just fine in excel (no circular referencing found) and when using stagnate data (not live - no refreshing).

If there is a similar enough study that I could be referred to that has ACSIL documentation that would also be helpful.

Thank you.

Excel allows iterative calculations, Sierra Chart spreadsheet studies do not.

To retain open/close values, you can create a persistent value of each in Formula Columns using the IF function, like this:
=IF(rangecondition,B3,O4)
where this formula goes in O3.
